The first prize is the deed to the Castle Harmondale, and it is won by one of the two parties of adventurers from another world. Meanwhile, a nobleman named Lord Markham announces a scavenger hunt on Emerald Isle. About the same time, Archibald Ironfist, the brother of King Roland of Enroth, escapes from his homeland and arrives on the continent of Antagarich, becoming a new necromancer leader. There, they had an argument concerning what to do next, and split into two groups. The Guardians went to the world of Xeen, but the adventurers drifted off-course and crash-landed on the planet Enroth. There's so much needless running around just to make the player spend more time playing the game.Eight adventurers were traveling in a spaceship, pursuing the Guardians Corak and Sheltem. The story itself near the end game was actually pretty good (the few lines of story dialog that you get) however, given how much energy you have to put in just to get there, I felt a lot of the game was filler material. I wish there was an option to skip the (what I felt) simple, mindless side quests, which are required to level your party high enough to survive the main storyline's dungeons.
